Does the New Covenant includes the Law of God?

Does the Law exists under the New Covenent? How can it be? To summarize,

Old covenant = Law of Moses, Blood of bulls and Goats as an ANNUAL atonement for Israel's violation of the 10 Commandments.
New Covenant = Law of Liberty, Blood of Jesus as a PERMANENT atonement for Israel's violation of the 10 Commandments.

The 10 Commandments is God's definition of who he is, he is the same yesterday today and forever, how can it be any different?? The Law (of God's Commandments) is the same under the Old and the New Covenant, it's the ATONEMENT that has changed.

Hebrews 10:1-4 NKJV

"For the law, having a shadow of the good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with these same sacrifices, which they offer continually year by year, make those who approach perfect. For then would they not have ceased to be offered? For the worshipers, once purified, would have had no more consciousness of sins. But in those sacrifices there is a reminder of sins every year. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins."

Hebrews 10:11-14 NKJV

"And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified."

So who are those who are born again?

I John 2:1-8 NKJV

"My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world."

[ Christ atonement for us under the New Covenent, what about the Law?]

"Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. Brethren, I write no new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you heard from the beginning. Again, a new commandment I write to you, which thing is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away, and the true light is already shining."

[Yes, he who is born again WILL keep his commandments ]

Hebrews 10:16-17 NKJV

“This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord : I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,” then He adds, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

[ The Law is now written in your hearts ]

God don't even want you to think about it

Matthew 6:25-34 NKJV
“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Jesus said these words so that we can be assured of our Heavenly Father's Providence, and can therefore able to Seek first his Kingdom and his Righteousness. Do we need to Positive Confess ourselves to health and prosperity? Well, the more you do that, doesn't it makes you focus on it even more?? V32 says,
"For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things."
So have faith in God, he will provide. All we need to do, is to focus on his Kingdom works and righteous deeds.
