Holy Spirit abides only in those who obey the father's will

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
Joh 15:4 NKJV
How does one Abide in him? By soaking in his presence? By praying long hours? By speaking in tongues?
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
Joh 15:5‭-‬6 NKJV
It is important to abide in Him. If one does not abide in him, he will bear no fruit. And if one bears no fruit, he will be thrown into the fire.
If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
Joh 15:7‭-‬8 NKJV
If one abides in Him, he will be able to pray according to the father's will, and it shall be granted to him.
“As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
Joh 15:9‭-‬10 NKJV
This is how we Abide in Him; Obey his Commandments (Love God)
“These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
Joh 15:11‭-‬13 NKJV
This is how our Joy may be complete, that we Love one another (Love neighbour). This sums up the Law and the Prophets.
Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
Mt 22:37‭-‬40 NKJV
